10:1 Why, O Jehovah, do You stand far off? Why do You hide Yourself in times of distress?
耶和华阿，你为什么站在远处？在急难的时候，为什么隐藏？
10:2 Arrogantly the wicked hotly pursue the poor-May they be caught in the plots that they devise!
恶人在骄横中，把穷苦人追得火急；愿他们陷入自己所设的计谋里！
10:3 For the wicked man boasts of the desire of his soul, And the rapacious man curses, even despises, Jehovah.
因为恶人夸耀自己魂里的欲望；贪婪的人咒诅耶和华，并且轻慢祂。
10:4 The wicked man, according to the haughtiness of his countenance, Says, He will not require it; All his thoughts are this: There is no God!
恶人面带高傲，说，耶和华必不追究；他一切所想的，都以为没有神。
10:5 His ways succeed at all times; Your judgments are on high, out of his sight; As for all his adversaries, he snorts at them.
他的道路总是亨通；你的审判高高在上，超过他的眼界；至于他一切的敌人，他都向他们喷气。
10:6 He has said in his heart, I will not be shaken; I will be in no trouble forever.
他心里说，我必不动摇，世世代代不遭灾难。
10:7 His mouth is full of curses and of deceit and oppression; Under his tongue are mischief and iniquity.
他满口是咒诅、诡诈、欺压；他的舌底是毒害、罪孽。
10:8 He sits in the ambushes of the open villages; In hidden places he murders the innocent; His eyes secretly watch for the unfortunate.
他在村庄埋伏等候；他在隐密处杀害无辜的人；他的眼睛窥探不幸的人。
10:9 He lurks in secret like a lion in its covert; He lurks ready to seize the poor; He seizes the poor, drawing them up in his net.
他埋伏在隐密处，如狮子蹲在洞中；他埋伏，要掠取穷苦人；他拉网，就把穷苦人掠去。
10:10 He stoops, he crouches, And the unfortunate fall by his mighty claws.
他屈身蹲伏，不幸的人就倒在他强劲的爪下。
10:11 He has said in his heart, God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see this.
他心里说，神已经忘记了；祂掩面，绝不看这事。
10:12 Arise, O Jehovah; O God, lift up Your hand. Do not forget the poor.
耶和华阿，求你起来；神阿，求你举手；不要忘记穷苦人。
10:13 Why does the wicked man despise God And say in his heart, You will not require it?
恶人为何轻慢神，心里说，你必不追究？
10:14 You do see! For You observe mischief and vexation, To requite it with Your own hand. To You the unfortunate one commits his cause; You have been the help of the orphan.
