• 8:1 Does not wisdom call, And understanding lift up her voice?

  • 8:2 On the top of the heights, by the way, Where the paths meet, she takes her stand;
  • 她在路旁高处的顶上,在十字路口站立;
  • 8:3 Beside the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors, she cries aloud:
  • 在城门旁,在城门口,在城门的出入处大声呼喊:
  • 8:4 To you, O men, I call; And my voice is to the sons of men.
  • 众人哪,我呼叫你们,我向世人发声,说,
  • 8:5 O simple ones, understand prudence; And, O fools, be of an understanding heart.
  • 愚蒙人哪,你们要会悟灵明;愚昧人哪,你们当心里明白。
  • 8:6 Hear, for I will speak noble things; And the opening of my lips will yield right things.
  • 你们当听,因我要说尊高的事;我张嘴要论正直的事。
  • 8:7 For my mouth will utter truth, And wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
  • 我的口要发出真理,我的嘴憎恶邪恶。
  • 8:8 All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; There is nothing twisted or crooked in them.
  • 我口中的言语都是公义,其中并无弯曲乖僻。
  • 8:9 They are all straight to him who understands, And right to those who find knowledge.
  • 这些言语对明达的人,是正直的;对有知识的人,是正确的。
  • 8:10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; And knowledge rather than choice gold.
  • 你们当受我的训诲,不受银子;宁得知识,胜得精金。
  • 8:11 For wisdom is better than corals, And nothing that you desire compares with her.
  • 因为智慧比珊瑚更美,一切可喜爱的都不足与比较。
  • 8:12 I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And I find knowledge and discretion.
  • 我智慧与灵明同居,又寻得知识和谋略。
  • 8:13 The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth, I hate.
  • 敬畏耶和华就要恨恶邪恶;骄傲、狂妄、恶道、以及乖谬的口,都为我所恨恶。
  • 8:14 Counsel is mine and sound wisdom; I am understanding; I have might.
  • 我有计谋和真智慧;我乃聪明,我有能力。
  • 8:15 By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.
  • 帝王藉我掌权,君王藉我定公平。
  • 8:16 By me princes rule, And nobles-all who judge righteously.
  • 首领和贵胄-世上一切公正的审判官,都是藉我掌权。
  • 8:17 I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me.
  • 爱我的,我也爱他;殷切寻求我的,就必寻见。
  • 8:18 Riches and honor are with me, Enduring wealth and righteousness.
  • 丰富和尊荣在我,恒久的赀财和公义也在我。
  • 8:19 My fruit is better than gold, even fine gold; And my yield than choice silver.
  • 我的果实胜过金子,强如精金;我的出产超乎精选的银子。
  • 8:20 I walk in the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice,
  • 我走在公义的道路上,行在公平的途径中,
  • 8:21 That I may cause those who love me to inherit substance And that I may fill their treasuries.
  • 使爱我的承受资产,并充满他们的府库。
  • 8:22 Jehovah possessed me in the beginning of His way, Before His works of old.
  • 耶和华在祂造化的起头,在太初造作万物之先,就有了我。
  • 8:23 I was set up from eternity, From the beginning, before the earth was.
  • 从亘古,从太初,未有大地以前,我已被立。
  • 8:24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water.
  • 未有深渊,未有满溢的水泉以先,我已生出。
  • 8:25 Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth;
  • 大山未曾奠定,小山未有以先,我已生出;
  • 8:26 When He had not yet made the earth and the fields, Nor the first dust of the world.
  • 那时耶和华还没有造出大地和田野,并世上最初的尘土。
  • 8:27 When He established the heavens, I was there; When He inscribed a circle upon the surface of the deep,
  • 祂立诸天,我在那里;祂在渊面周围,画出圆圈,
  • 8:28 When He made firm the skies above, When the fountains of the deep became strong,
  • 上使穹苍坚硬,下使渊源稳固,
  • 8:29 When He set for the sea its boundary, That the waters should not transgress His commandment, When He marked out the foundations of the earth;
  • 为沧海定出界限,使水不越过祂的命令,画定大地的根基;
  • 8:30 Then I was by Him, as a master workman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him,
  • 那时我在祂旁边为工师,日日为祂所喜爱,常常在祂面前欢跃,
  • 8:31 Rejoicing in His habitable earth; And my delight was in the sons of men.
  • 欢跃于祂所预备居人之地;并且世人是我所喜爱的。
  • 8:32 Now therefore, my sons, listen to me; For blessed are they who keep my ways.
  • 众子阿,现在要听从我;因为谨守我道路的,便为有福。
  • 8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise; And do not neglect it.
  • 要听训诲,要有智慧,不可轻忽。
  • 8:34 Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my doors, Waiting at my doorposts.
  • 听从我,日日在我门口儆醒,在我门框旁边守候的,那人便为有福。
  • 8:35 For whoever finds me finds life, And will obtain favor from Jehovah.
  • 因为寻得我的,就寻得生命,也必从耶和华得恩惠。
  • 8:36 But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All who hate me love death.
  • 但得罪我的,却害自己的性命;恨恶我的,都喜爱死亡。
